→ The Cauliflower 'Wings'

01 - 1 large head cauliflower (about 2 lbs), cut into bite-sized florets
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
04 - 1/2 cup water
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Flavorful Dusting

06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Sweet & Spicy Glaze

11 - 1/4 cup honey
12 - 2 tbsp sriracha
13 - 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
14 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
15 - 1 clove garlic, minced
16 - 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger

→ Finishing Touches

17 - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
18 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tbsp olive oil until smooth. This batter will create a crispy coating for your Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings with Honey Sriracha.
02 - Add the prepared cauliflower florets to the batter, tossing gently to ensure each piece is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter before placing them in the air fryer basket.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Arrange the battered florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. These are your delicious Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings.
04 - While the cauliflower cooks, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp sriracha, 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 clove garlic (minced), and 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger in a medium bowl. This creates the signature Honey Sriracha glaze.
05 - Once all cauliflower is cooked, transfer the crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings with Honey Sriracha to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over them and toss gently to coat. Garnish with 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and 2 green onions (thinly sliced) before serving immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispy wings, ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in multiple batches if needed to allow proper air circulation.
02 - Adjust the amount of sriracha in the glaze to your preference. For more heat, add an extra teaspoon; for less, reduce it slightly.
03 - These cauliflower wings make a fantastic appetizer or a light vegetarian main course. Serve them with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
04 - Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to regain crispness.
